Clear skies

From weather.com: No rain clouds in sight, winds have calmed down to 7 mph (with gusts up to 17 mph) and the temperature is 99 degrees at 4 p.m. Megan Lakin reports at least one girl was treated for heat stroke earlier in the day.

This blows

According to weather.com, at 3 p.m. in Las Cruces, winds are starting to pick up, now at 19 mph and gusting to 30 mph. The temperature is remaining constant at 98 degrees (don't worry, the band of the same name is not performing at Warped Tour).

According to the weather.com, the temperature in Las Cruces at 12:50 p.m. is 97 degrees with a 13-mph breeze. Here's the report from the Warped Tour grounds:
